Pre-Nursery | Winter Wonderland
PRE-NURSERY 預備班
Cold weather, snowflakes, polar bears and Santa. We have had so much fun learning about our Winter Wonderland topic this month. Our Pre-Nursery students did a fantastic job during distance learning. They were engaged in our Zoom classes! They loved to sing songs, listen to stories and showed all the artwork and other activities they did at home.
寒冷的天氣，雪花，北極熊和聖誕老人。這個月份，我們在冬日仙境這個主題單元的學習中感受到了許多跟冬天有關的樂趣。我們學前幼兒班的孩子們在網上學習方面表現特別出色。孩子們十分喜歡我們的Zoom課堂，他們喜歡唱歌、聽故事並喜歡展示他們在家裡所做的所有美勞作品和其他活動。
This month, we have been learning about the winter season and different activities we can do during the cold months. We talked about hot and cold weather and how we need to dress up in warm clothes during wintertime.
這個月，我們一直在學習冬天以及在寒冷的天氣可以做的各種活動。我們討論了炎熱和寒冷的天氣差別，以及我們在冬季如何選擇合適的衣物保暖。
We visited the Artic and learnt about polar bears, penguins, seals and reindeers. We wrote letters to Santa and got a special visit from Elf. We have been learning about Christmas and that it isn’t only about receiving, but also about giving. We participated in the Christmas Jumper Day celebration which raised money for charity, and we got to wear our favourite woollies!
我們拜訪了北極動物，並了解了北極熊，企鵝，海豹和馴鹿。請欣賞我們的學生製作的精美藝術品。我們給聖誕老人寫了封信，精靈還對此進行了特別的訪問呢！我們一直在學習聖誕節，我們了解到聖誕節不僅是接受禮物，也是給予禮物很好機會。我們加入了聖誕節毛衣日，並穿上了我們最喜歡的羊毛衫。
Our Pre-Nursery students worked so hard practicing the Little Snowflake song for our End of Year Concert. They did a fantastic job! Santa came for a visit and they were so excited to meet him.
我們學前幼兒班的孩子在年終音樂會上非常努力地練習Little Snowflake這首歌曲。他們做得很棒！在這一天，聖誕老人來拜訪了我們，孩子們都很高興見到他。

Winter is here and our Pre-Nursery students did a great job participating in the online lessons! Our current theme is Winter Wonderland, where the children have been learning about winter clothing, like hats, scarves, gloves and coats. They also learnt about the weather during winter.
寒風漸起的十二月，學前班的孩子們依舊每天準時參與我們的中英文網絡課堂。我們十二月的主題是「冬天的樂園」，在課堂上孩子們展示各自的冬天保暖衣物，帽子、圍巾、手套和外套一應俱全，有些孩子還能跟著老師用普通話説出「帽子」、「手套」。除了學習冬天的衣物外，我們還學習了冬天特有的氣候「下雪」。
The students enjoyed singing the Snowflake song and were able follow the beat well.
孩子們特別喜歡「雪花」這個歌曲，每當這首歌曲的前奏剛響起時，孩子們已經開心地跟隨音樂擺動身體了，通過這首歌曲孩子們也學會了「雪花」這個詞語。
The students have also been introduced to the vocabulary Christmas, Christmas tree and Santa Claus through a little drama. Wishing you all a joyous holiday!
在這個主題裏老師還通過一個場景小故事向小朋友們介紹了「聖誕節」、「聖誕樹」、「聖誕老人」，老師希望透過生動活潑的方式激發孩子們學習的興趣。最後祝願小朋友們和爸爸媽媽們聖誕快樂、新年快樂！
